Overview
Administrative actions by the State must be fair and lawful. In Trinidad & Tobago, in particular, it is not unheard of for a State entity to take an action or make a decision that has an adverse effect on a citizen. This may breach a Constitutional right, or otherwise cause an unjustified loss or detriment.
