Background

Gary is a Senior Associate at Attzs Law.

Gary completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Wolverhampton (UK) and served his 6-month attachment/in service training with Senior Counsel Gilbert Peterson at Elidore Chambers. He read for the LLB at the University of London through the external programme. He entered private practice at Caribbean Commercial Law Chambers, with a focus on Civil and Corporate/Commercial Litigation.

In December of 2019, just before the Pandemic, he joined and served with the Ministry of Health in Trinidad and Tobago as a Legal Officer. In January of 2021, he returned to private practice as an Independent Affiliate Attorney associated with Freedom Law Chambers and has contributed to many high-profile matters, working with Senior Counsel and pushing the envelope in the area of Public Law. Gary joined Attzs Law in 2024, lending his experience in litigation and meticulous approach to the team, on behalf of our clients.

His practice has been primarily focused on Civil Litigation, Public Law, Family Law, Commercial Litigation and Tax, but he has remained on the Legal Aid Panel of Attorneys serving as Duty Counsel in Criminal Law matters. Additionally, prior to being called to the Bar, Gary had more than 10 years of experience in IT and Management, in a variety of high demand and high pressure organizations, including regional conglomerates.
